TRANSLATION AS CREATIVE PROCESS

Abstract


This article is interested in exploring the question of poetic translation
as a rereading and interpretation that result in an act of creation.
A translated poem maintains with its original a relationship loaded with linguistic and cultural tensions. Between the original codes and the translation there is a space saturated with multiple, sometimes contradictory, linguistic meanings which enrich both poetic universes.
